Create Inventory – Manually Add Items

Creating Inventory in Product Master

Firstly, navigate to the Side Menu Bar>Product Master>Product Master. Click on “new”, located at the bottom right corner. 

Fill in the required information. 

  • Product Name:  Enter a name for your product 
  • Product ID: The ID is automatically generated. 
  • UPC/EAN: Enter 12 digits of UPC or 13 digits of EAN (remember that the UPC/EAN must be unique for each item and no duplicates are allowed)
  • SKU: Enter 9 digits of UPC (remember that the UPC/EAN must be unique for each item and no duplicates are allowed)
  • Inventory Tags: You’re able to choose multiple tags for one product.
  • Brand: Choose a brand. In order to create a brand, navigate to the Side Menu Bar>Global Constant Apps>Brands. Click on “new” and name your brand. Press “save”, your Brand is created now.
  • Platform Category: Leave this blank, as this is for internal use. 
  • Description: Add a description of your product.
  • Product Graphics: Upload an image of your product

Once you’ve filled in the required fields, press “save” and your new inventory item should be listed. 

Editing and Deleting Inventory 

Click on the three dots corresponding to the item you would like to edit or delete. Once you have deleted an item, you will not be able to revert this action.
