This article teaches you how to add a maximum and minimum growth level to each membership level. If you want to learn how to create membership levels, please click here.
1. To add membership level setting, navigate to side menu bar>CRM>Membership Level Setting. Click on "New" located at the bottom right corner.
2. Choose the membership level and then enter the maximum and minimum growth values that can be earned within this membership level. Growth value is acquired cumulatively based on the spending pattern and behaviour of the customer. Membership level is determined by the total growth value.
3. Moreover, you have the option to hide the growth point if wanted.
4. Click on “save” located on the bottom right corner.
In order to edit and mange your membership level setting for a specific membership level, click on the three dots of the membership level you would like to edit. Click edit and update what is needed.
To delete a membership level setting, click on the three dots of the membership level you would like to delete. Click delete. Remember that once this action is done, you are not able to revert the action.
To be able to change membership levels of your customers, you have to ensure that the "New Loyalty Enabled" module is applied. If you do not know if this module is applied, please contact our staff at Bindo
Under the "CRM" Module, there is a section called [Customers]. In here, every customer of your store will be shown with their unique Customer ID, membership level, and other details.
Search for your customer through the "Filter By" bar through members' name, mobile phone, email, or Customer ID. Then click on the member's 3 dots [...] and click [Edit].
Now you have arrived at the customer's settings page. On the [Overview] section, all the personal details of the customer is shown. Under "Membership Level", you can manually adjust your customer's membership level. Click on the desired membership level, and click [Save]. Now, your customer's membership level has switched.
You can manage customers on your iPad or on the Bindo Dashboard. The Customers screen is where you enter, edit and review information about your customers. Go to Sidebar > [Customers] to access the customer screen.
Search for the desired customer and click onto them, and now you can see all the personal details of the customer.
To edit their membership level, click on the 3 dots [...] and click [Edit].
Under "Membership Level", you can manually adjust your customer's membership level. Click on the desired membership level, and click [Save]. Now, your customer's membership level has switched.
