The Client Services Team is here to help you get set up on Bindo, so you can start ringing up customers as soon as possible.
Let’s get started, shall we? Awesome! We’ve found that following the steps in the order we’ve presented allows for a smooth transition from your current system (or from scratch if you’re a brand new store) to Bindo. Please make sure to read each one of these e-mails, as they address everything in the order we discovered is best to get set up as quickly as possible.
First off, make sure to get familiar with the site, as many of the questions you probably have are answered there. Getting Started is a great place to start.
Need additional help? Great, we’re happy to answer your questions! Here are our support hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 8pm Eastern
Saturday – Sunday, 10am – 6pm Eastern (via in-app chat)
There are a few ways to contact support.
Phone: 1-800-My-Bindo, Option 1 (that’s 800-692-4636 for the uninitiated).
We answer asap during business hours, but occasionally no one is available. If that happens, leave a detailed message (such as an error message or specific question).
In-App Live chat: tap the orange (?) in the upper right corner, and tap New Message.
We provide email support Monday through Friday. We do our best to respond to each request with a personalized reply within 24-48 business hours.
