You can manage customers on your iPad or on the Bindo Dashboard. The Customers screen is where you enter, edit and review information about your customers. Go to Sidebar > Customers to access the customer screen.
Use the search bar on the left side of the Customers screen to filter your list of customers.
Press the + button to add a new customer.
Tap ••• in the upper right-hand corner and select "Edit" to edit an existing customer.
To add customers in bulk use the customer import tool on the Bindo Dashboard.
You can enter and edit the the following fields for your customer by tapping ••• and selecting Edit:
View your customer's recent orders for any date range. Tap on the magnifying glass icon to the right of the transaction data to view a copy of the receipt. Tap on the transaction number to view it on the Sales page.
View your customer's recently purchased products for any date range.
Review your customer's store credit (if any) and link that credit to a gift card.
You can manually add or adjust store credit by tapping ••• and selecting "Manual Adjustment".
See your customer's loyalty stamps and redemption history for your Customer Loyalty Program.
You can manually add or remove loyalty points by tapping ••• and selecting "Manual Adjustment".
