To access reports in the Bindo app tap on the Reports icon in the sidebar menu.
To access reports on the Bindo Dashboard click on the Reports icon in the sidebar menu.
To use Advanced Reporting on the Dashboard:
Sales Summary Report
This gives you real-time information and a snapshot of your sales over any period of time. If generated on the iPad this report can be printed on the receipt printer.
Daily Earning Report
This allows the user to see an earnings report showing the total number of orders, COGS, product sales, taxes, fees (Bindo merchant services), total dollar amount, profit/earnings, and margin % over any period of time.
Product Sold Report
This is a report to view all of the products sold over any period of time. This report can be filtered by department, supplier, category, and brand.
Product Sold Summary Report
This report allows you to see the products sold over any period of time and group by departments, categories, suppliers, and brands.
Product Sold Breakdown Report
This report allows you to sort your products sold by department, supplier, category, and brand over any period of time.
Transaction Breakdown Report
This allows you to see all the transactions by payment type over any period of time.
The inventory report gives you a view of all the products you have in your inventory and can be filtered by department, supplier, category, and brand.
Inventory Summary Report
The inventory summary report allows you to see your inventory on hand grouped by department, category, supplier, and brand.
Tax Summary Report
This report allows you to view the taxes collected over any period of time as a function of a specific tax rate.
If using Bindo’s merchant services, this will allow you to see your batches. Batches happen automatically at 4pm and 11pm unless you've adjusted your batch time with.
Show partial or full refunds for a selected period of time.
Time Clock Report
This report allows you to view the hours your employees worked over any period of time.
Sales Performance Breakdown Report
This report gives you a breakdown of an employee's sales over any period of time - by product sold. Each line item on this report represents an individual product sold.
Sales Performance Summary Report (Dashboard Only)
This report summarizes an employee's sales over any period of time - sales for each employee are grouped into a single line item.
Sales Accounting Report
This report gives you a breakdown of a sales and profitability by various criteria over any period of time. It is designed to be used in conjunction with accounting software.
This report provides information on customers that have profiles in your CRM. With this report you can export a list of email addresses or phone numbers, as well as Total Spent and Date of Last Visit.
This report applies only for stores that manage Serialized inventory. This report lists all products that have every had a serial number in your store. It includes information including the Serial Number, the associate who entered that serial number, the date added and the status ("Sold" or "Available"). If the product has been sold, the associated order number is listed.
Accounts Receivable Report
This report shows outstanding invoices and can help you track money that is owed from those invoices. The report includes information on each invoice such as Invoice Amount, Amount Paid, and Due Date, as well as other columns to track amounts due by date. You may filter this report by date, customer and invoice age.
Gift Card Report
This report shows information for all outstanding Gift Cards including gift card balance and liability.
Discounts Applied Report
There are two Discounts Applied reports available - the "Discount Applied Breakdown Report" and the "Discounts Applied Summary Report". The Breakdown report includes a line item for each sale on which a discount was applied, while the Summary report sums up all sales/discount values for each discount that was applied. These reports include Discount Name and Amount that was discounted.
From your iPad you can print a report or export it via email by opening a report and tapping on the button in the top right corner. Note: You can export (or email) all reports, but the option to print is given only for the Sales Summary Report.
From the Bindo Dashboard you can export reports in various formats, including CSV, PDF, or XLSX. Export options vary based on report, but you'll see specific buttons at the top of the report which show export options. Click on the relevant button to export the report in the desired format.
You may also sort reports on the Bindo Dashboard. To perform a sort click on the small arrow on the right hand side of the column which you'd like to sort by, and click on either "Sort Ascending" or "Sort Descending". One additional option on the dropdown is to hide the column on which you clicked.
You may add sorts to multiple columns simultaneously. Once a sort is applied you will see a small arrow appear on the column header name. An arrow pointing up indicates that a "Sort Ascending" has been applied to the column, whereas an arrow pointing down indicates that a "Sort Descending" has been applied
