Managing Associate Time

Did your associate forget to clock in or clock out? Do you want to view how many hours an employee has worked for a given time period? You can manage and adjust associate time at work by going to the sidebar menu → Time Clock.

Calculate hours worked

In the Time Clock screen, search for or scroll to the associate you would like to view and tap to select.

To select a date range, tap on the Date box.
You can tap one of the preselected date ranges at the top, or you can choose a custom range.

Hours and minutes worked for the selected dates are automatically calculated in the upper right-hand corner.

Note: The default date range selected in this screen is "Last Week", which is the previous full week of Sunday through Saturday.

Adjust or Remove Shift

  1. Select the associate from the list and select a date range.
  2. Tap the blue circle to the right of the listed shift.
  3. To remove the shift completely, tap Remove and then tap OK to confirm. To adjust the start and/or end times, tap Adjust.
  4. The Start time is selected by default - you'll see it highlighted in red. If you want to select the End time instead, tap the date in the bottom right hand corner to highlight it in red.Adjust times by scrolling through the dates and numbers in the pop-up.
  5. Tap Done when you are finished. You may need to reselect the date range to view the changes.

Add a New Shift

Use this to add a new shift, or to show deducted hours on a separate line.

  1. Tap on the More Options icon in the upper right-hand corner and tap Edit Workshift.
  2. Check the box next to either + Add Time or Deduct Time
  3. The Start time is selected by default - you'll see it highlighted in red. If you want to select the End time instead, tap the date in the bottom right hand corner to highlight it in red.Adjust times by scrolling through the dates and numbers in the pop-up.
  4. Tap Done when you are finished. You may need to reselect the date range to view the changes.
